  • Structure
    • The building is being constructed in ISI standard RCC shell with designed grade of concrete. Post tensioning slabs having no beams in parking areas having longer spans to facilitate movement of vehicles.
  • Super Structure:
    • Super Structure is constructed in Red Brick masonry with two coats plastering in cement mortar and staircases are proposed in granite slabs of approved quarry and pleasant colors and shades. All the wall faces in common areas are also cladded with Granite tiles of approved colors.
  • Joinery
    • The Main entrance door shall be provided with false ceiling in POP/Gypboard.
  • Finishes
    • The shop owners are having a choice to have the internal finishes including flooring as per their requirement.
  • Railings
    • All the railings for staircases, around atrium, corridors are provided in stainless steel tubes and sections.
  • Elevations & Aesthetic view
    • The mall has beautiful aesthetic views with elevations in structural glazing towards west side, cladding in colored tiles and texture point of approved color and shade.
  • Central Atrium
    • The central atrium will be covered an top with polycarbonate sheet.
  • Water Supply
    • Two bore well of 6 ½ Dia, are drilled which are yielding sufficient eater to cater the needs of the shops, roof gardens & customers.
  • Sanitary
    • Separate urinal blocks and toilet blocks for men and women ar provided with first quality sanitary and CP fittings non skid tile flooring and cladding partition walls and counters in granite and toilet blocks will appear to be on par with those of star hotels.
  • H.V.A.C
    • All the shops are provided with single point Air Conditioning supply, from where the shop owners can have A.H.V’s and A.C ducting as per the requirements.
  • Flooring
    • Italian Marble, Ethnic granite & flooring in contrast with the interior will be part of construction. Vitrified tails for shops.
  • Escalators & Elevators
    • Hi – speed escalators capsule lift, service lift & passenger lift to all the floors has been free moment for people.
  • Fire Fighting System
    • Fire fighting system with sprinklers, fire extinguishers, fire alarms and wet risers are provided with water sump of designed capacity.
  • BMS
    • Building Management System (BMS) for all the services and variable air volume (VAV) system for air conditioning are introduced for smooth maintenance of the mall.
  • Electrification
    • Power supply is provide through 2500 KVA transformer with 100% generator power back up. All the shops are provided with single point power supply through which the shop owners can have wiring and lighting to suit their requirements.
